Go Nuts for Breakfast

Mix 6 oz of plain nonfat
greek yogurt with 1 tbsp. of peanut butter
Top with 1/2 c. of thawed, frozen raspberries, and a tbsp. of peanuts.
Handful of dark
leafy greens (spinach, kale, collards)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/4 cup fresh pineapple pieces or
1/4 cup fresh or frozen mango
1 frozen banana
1/8 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender and process until creamy
